Cooking Dumplings
- Boil water in a pot (high heat) and add plenty of salt
- Add frozen dumplings (do not defrost it)
- Gently stir dumplings to avoid sticking
- Once water is boiling again reduce the heat to medium level and start the timer for the recommended boil time.
We recommend boiling all savory dumplings for 6-7 minutes (once they start floating). Cherry dumplings should be boiled for 4-5 minutes.
Cheese Pancakes
The cheese pancakes are precooked and frozen for the best freshness.
Simply microwave it for ~1 min (per each pancake), and let it rest for 1-2min and enjoy them warm or cold! Serve it with sour cream and/or jam of your choice!
Optional: Pan fry in a lightly greased pan for about 1 minute on each side for a complete experience!
