Cooking Dumplings

  1. Boil water in a pot (high heat) and add plenty of salt 
  2. Add frozen dumplings (do not defrost it)
  3. Gently stir dumplings to avoid sticking
  4. Once water is boiling again reduce the heat to medium level and start the timer for the recommended boil time.  

We recommend boiling all savory dumplings for 6-7 minutes (once they start floating). Cherry dumplings should be boiled for 4-5 minutes.

Cheese Pancakes

The cheese pancakes are precooked and frozen for the best freshness.

Simply microwave it for ~1 min (per each pancake), and let it rest for 1-2min and enjoy them warm or cold! Serve it with sour cream and/or jam of your choice!

Optional: Pan fry in a lightly greased pan for about 1 minute on each side for a complete experience!
